SMC's IDFA22E-23 is a refrigerated air dryer designed for industrial scenarios with the following features:
Efficient dehumidification: Using the principle of refrigeration, the dew point temperature of compressed air is reduced to 2-10 ℃, the water removal rate is as high as 95.4-98%, effectively remove the water in compressed air, and provide high-quality dry air source for industries with strict requirements for air source dryness, such as electronic manufacturing, food and beverage, precision instruments, etc.
Stable operation: Suitable for 50Hz power supply, it can operate stably under the inlet temperature of 5-50 ℃ and inlet pressure of 0.15-1.0MPa, meeting the air source conditions of most industrial sites. The use of air-cooled condenser can efficiently dissipate heat in a variety of environments to ensure continuous and stable operation of the equipment.
Durable corrosion resistance: The use of stainless steel heat exchanger, significantly improve corrosion resistance, can cope with complex conditions and a certain corrosive compressed air, extend the service life of the equipment, reduce maintenance frequency and cost.
Easy maintenance: equipped with float type (N.O) automatic drainer, can discharge condensate in time, reduce manual operation; Equipped with dust filter, can prevent condenser blocking, and no tools can be removed and cleaned, easy to maintain.
Interface adaptation: The standard interface is R/RC thread, NPT adapter can also be provided, easy to connect with all kinds of pipeline systems, the installation process is simple and quick.
Flow adaptation: The maximum flow can reach a certain scale under rated conditions (refer to the product manual for specific values), which can meet the needs of compressed air drying in various scales of industrial production.
