The Sony IMX567-AAMJ is an active pixel-based CMOS solid-state image sensor with a diagonal of 8.8 mm (1/1.8 inch) and an effective pixel of 5.1 million. The sensor adopts a global exposure mode with variable charge integration time, which has the characteristics of high sensitivity and low dark current, and is suitable for factory automation cameras and intelligent transportation system cameras.
